I just love Astragalus.
Now, besides the general health support the herb brings to the table, I just thoroughly enjoy this form of Huang Qi , tiny granules easy to scoop with the perfect spoon and measure that comes along in the bottle, A little hot water, 1 or 2 spoons, its earthy but subtle taste relaxes me in the evening. It makes me feel great to know I'm combining taste with a very beneficial herb that has been time tested for centuries improving one's immune system but also many other bodily functions overall. I just love it and am grateful to find it in such a pleasant, user friendly way. A rather pleasant and healthy evening ritual I positively recommend! :)

Part of my daily routine!
I have been using Astragalus Root since 2016 for my Crohn's disease. It has helped me tremendously! I receive treatments and other supplements from my acupuncture, no western medicine for me! This will be a part of my morning routine for the rest of my life! I would recommend it to everyone!

Gums Experiment
I bought these granules per advisement of an acupuncturist when discussing how neither of us believed gums could never regrow, like "they say." I asked him if he knew of which organ/meridian might be responsible or assist, which brought the topic up. He suggested these and put doses next to my gums, for them to absorb. While it would likely take many many months before I would be able to see anything, I can say that the taste is earthy and pleasant enough to do what he advised. So I apply a dose at least every morning, and any other time I pass by the bottle and know I likely won't be drinking/eating for at least 15 minutes, to allow time for it to dissolve and absorb. I am a huge believer in the body self healing, so I am am putting a lot of faith in this herb to help my gums.

Very Pleased With This Product!
Having this delicious "adaptogen" herb in a concentrated instant form is a real treat for me.
It helps me with day to day stress and has a balancing effect on my energy levels and mood. My favorite ways to use it so far include making tea and adding it to broth and soups. Really nice in chicken soup with some ginger! The rich flavor always puts a smile on my face.

Supportive Care for transition to Fall Weather!
This is really an excellent product. I gave it four stars instead of five only because I regard it more as "supportive" rather than a quick curative. I have a terrible struggle with season changes when we change from summer to fall. As cold weather comes, I have a lot of trouble with very dry sinuses that become painful as the weather gets cold and dry. And I get a scratchy throat and hoarse voice
The container comes with a one-gram spoon. I put two of these spoonfuls into an 8-ounce cup and fill it with hot, filtered water. I usually do this twice a day, morning and afternoon. The hot tea eases the dryness in my sinuses and soothes my throat, especially as evening is coming on. If I am still feeling bad, I add LungVigor. But usually, the Huang Qi is enough if I take it faithfully.
As long as I avoid eating sugar, entering smokey rooms, and using my voice too much, the Huang Qi is a great, natural addition to my day. For me, there is enough in one container to get through that transition to cold weather.
