helps heart yang
I take .5g once or twice a day. This herb helps heart yang. I recently took some TCM class, and teacher explained heart's heat (yang) needs to be hot enough to warm up the small intestine, otherwise, it's easy to have big belly and loose stool. This herb helps me to warm up my small intestine so my stool is more solid. If I don't take it, then my stool is very soft and loose. I hope this will also help me to shrink my big belly in the long run.

excellent, warming herb
This makes a great warming cup of tea, excellent when fighting a wind cold/chills. My only recommendation is if it could possibly be ground finer so more of it doesn't clump at the bottom of the mug

No doubt very good, just not what we needed at the time
It turned out the Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui) was more what we were looking for. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It just wasn't the right choice when I placed the order.
