great price
Gardenia is a very underrated herb in the west. It is useful for a very large number of conditions. It is high in crocetin/crocin, which is the yellow pigment in Saffron, so in the old days gardenia fruit was used to make a lovely yellow dye. I personally use it for a number of reasons, but mainly it helps me sleep through the night, for which it has been clinically studied. The price for it here is 1/2 of what you find elsewhere online.

Excellent for sleeping
Along with Yan Hu Suo, I grind Gardenia fruits up to a fine powder and use it in an extraction. Absolutely fabulous for sciatic relief and sleep.

Gardenia Fruit is the best yellow food color
Gardenia Fruit has the yellow color that is great for the eye health. It has been used all over in Asia from long time ago. The product that I received from this site is great. And the price is also great. I use about 4 pieces for Daikon Pickling per 1Kg of Daikon. It make the vivid color.

full of yin
I thought there were gardenia fruits...anyway, they make a wonderful tea. I use them to help my eyes as I've been doing hatha kriya for sinuses(jala neti, nasya, nasya kriya) and my eyes are quite in need. I should also get chrysanthemum! Oh definitely crush or split these to decoct.

The Berst
I bought one pound. The quality is the best and the prices are half of any online places. Delivery is also fast. A better buy than even Chinatown. Great for tea to lower inflammation. Also an ingredient used in martial art liniment dit da jow.
