The quality is below expectations
I have been using gentian roots for many years, I bought 3 lb of gentian root a couple of weeks ago, I did not expect that the roots were not cut and shifted, the root still have dirt on them, there are weeds Mixed in. It took me many days to sort and clean the product, I estimated about one tenth went in garbage can. When I drink, it is a little sting to my tongue, I am not sure if the grower used the chemicals when growing. I am not happy with the product. I will not buy and trust any products sold from the seller.
