Eucommia Bark
I made a tincture out of this and was happy it contained a ton of natural latex. I wish the company would specify what preparations they do to the herbs and if it's along the TCM guidelines.

Popular herb for tendon and joint strengthening
My herbalist used this herb a lot for my joint problems
Now I know why. It's a great herb to do that because it influences Kidneys. My love for this herb has grown more since I introduced it back to my formula.

Not working
I've tried seriously for several years. I studies, I checked the dosage. I even went to the Chinese medicine doctor for 6 months. I spent thousands of dollars. I was really tight in budget. I drove 30 years old car. I even tried this web site. My conclusion is "NOT WORKING." Waste of money. It's better just take other type of herbal tea. That 's cheaper and works better.

For pregnancy
My acupuncturist recommended I take this at the beginning of my pregnancy as support for the baby. I am at the end of my first trimester and have been drinking 3 cups a day. It is good quality and I am happy with my purchase.
