As soon as the symptoms start (stuffy nose, drainage) or if I am going to be outside all day, I take three tablets on an empty stomach. I know that is not how it is prescribed but it works well for me to take it as needed. Also, I find Nasal Allergiclear to be mild and easy on the stomach which not all formulations are for me.
