Subtle?
It's hard for me to say as I know I need a lot of work in rebuilding my heart and pericardium, as there has been a lot of shock, trauma, pain and emotions my whole life. They have taken a beating so it's taking a while to rebuild.
But I know it's doing me good. I just am unable to declare big stuff like many of the other reviews I read. I do think it has helped me "adapt" and manage, as there has even been more shocks and upsets since I started this Thanksgiving 2018. I believe I missed a month plus in February, when they were out of stock.
I plan to continue for at least a few more months before I test the waters without.

Helps Grief and Crying
This has helped tremendously with compound grief and uncontrollable crying. I was literally crying every single day for months and it was exhausting me. I was to the point of having panic attacks because I was so depleted, which only made me worse. It took a few weeks but I no longer cry every day, and when I do cry, it’s not overwhelming or excessive. I think it may have helped intrusive thoughts and perseverating too. I’ve used this in the past and forgot how much it helps. I take as directed and also use Jia Wei Xiao Yao and Gui Pi but adding Gan Mai Da Zao is what helped me function daily without falling apart.

Great little Happy Pills!
Have seriously tried to avoid chemical meds and my son and I call these our Happy Pills. They have no side effects except we find ourselves whistling while doing the dishes! They are a refreshing change of pace to other necessary meds and look forward to trying some of your other products as well. Thank you.

Whistle While You Work!
This probably sounds silly, BUT, the first time I ever took "Moo Delight" I was doing the dishes and feeling kind of blue. But, when the pills took effect (I took 6) suddenly I realized I was whistling! What a delight. The best natural (or un-natural) product to come down the pike! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

The title is cute. Not sure how the "Moo"fits in but the "Delight " part is very accurate
I have used this product somewhat sporadically, but I plan to use it regularly because I do feel more cheerful when I take it. I take the recommended dose twice a day,and and I find that after taking it for several days that I feel less stressed and more positive..It is an excellent product and works well with other calming and /or mood enhancing herbs.

MooDelight works for me!
Due to long term overwork and stress, I have sleeping problems and digestive issues for some years. To avoid the side effects of over-the-counter medication, I started to use herbal treatment and exercise on a daily basis. This week I have just finished my first bottle of Gan Mai Da Zao Pian (MooDelight) and will order some more bottles as it helps calm down my mood and enhances mind relaxation in an effective manner. The calm down effect begins about 3 hours after taking MooDelight (5 tabs 2 times daily). It comes rather gradually without a sense of awkwardness or uncomfortable feelings. For digestive issues, I use DigestVive. Both formulas seem to work well in my situation. Thank you Guang Ci Tang and Activeherb for providing such a good source and varieties of herbal medicine for consumers at a reasonable price!

Love this stuff! Keeps me on an even keel even during rough weather without the fatigue or brain dead side effects. Great to take a few during the day and at night as well. Nice balance with this product.

If your symptoms are not that serious, you will find change of mood soon. Then when my feeling is too heavy, it makes me wonder if I could take more than the recommended dosage.
