不管是暴饮暴食后还是由于其它消化道不适，使用保和片是最恰当不过了，因为它可以助消化，除积食。保和片由三组中药巧妙配方而成，分别针对积食，痰，热。
第一组中药助消化、消食。包括山楂、神曲、麦芽、莱菔子。山楂消一切饮食积滞，尤善消肉食油腻之积，中医里也常用于降脂和减肥。神曲善消酒食陈腐之积；莱菔子消食下气，长于消谷面之积；麦芽健脾开胃而消面乳之积。
第二组中药化痰。中医认为"人有食积，必生痰湿"，因此，有必要化痰燥湿。这由两味中药枳实、陈皮所实现。此外，加入茯苓健脾去湿。
第三组中药清热。中医认为"食积日久则易生热"，因此，方中又用连翘来清热散结。
在中国药典里，保和丸消食，导滞，和胃。用于食积停滞，脘腹胀满，嗳腐吞酸，不欲饮食。

Wonderful
I've used other digestive aids, one worked pretty well for a long time. It wasn't doing a good job anymore. EzDigest is really working well for me. Haven't figured out exact amount to take yet. Taking one every time I eat appeares to be doing the trick. What I find amazing is my nose isn't stuffy any more either.

Food coma pill
When you have food coma, this is your friend. When you’ve eaten too much and are full of regret, literally and figuratively, this is your friend. When you feel like that food is just sitting in your stomach and not going down, this is your friend.

Bao He Pian EZ Digest works!!
I am so I happy I tried Bao He Pian EZ Digest! I tried everything for my indigestion problems. I even tried Ginger, which didn’t work for me. I always try and go the natural supplement route. I do not like take prescription medications. I take 3 pills before every meal and they help me not get bloated or have acid reflux. I do not seem to have any side effects when taking Bao He Pian. These are of great quality.

Good
I purchased one bottle and used this with Jian Pi Pian for my symptoms ie indigestion, bloating after meals, watery stools, feeling full quickly. It made such a difference after 2 bottles of Jian pi pian and 1 bottle of bao he pian. Thank you

Works great!

Helps with bloating
I have used digestive enzymes for years. This formulation of EzDigest has helped me with bloating and gas in just a few days! I had pain and an extended stomach or belly for quite some time and thought the enzymes were enough to help, but it didn't. EzDigest, taken 3 times per day has reduced my belly area to almost flat! When the gas and burping finally expelled, I couldn't believe it! Another helpful product from ActiveHerb.

Not for the elderly
I got EZDigest for my mom who is 74 years old. After ordering, I saw that the elderly should not take it LONG TERM.
Not knowing what was meant by "long-term", I sent an email to Active Herb and asked them. They kindly answered that by long term they mean 2 months.
My mom is fighting a mild form of GERD and she would need to find a product that she can take for as long as she may need. As a result, we decided not to use it any more.

Great for an unhappy stomach after eating
My husband and daughter take these if there stomach is upset after a meal or if they have that stuffed feeling. Within 20 minutes they feel so good they want more food. They have gluten so I can't take them - wish I could.
