Good Energy, Quality and Value I can trust!
I was happy to reorder another bottle of Ren Shen single herb extract after experiencing the effects of my first bottle over a couple of months. I most often use this concentrate by dissolving a gram of the granules in a cup of water as I heat it, then mix my instant coffee granules and a tad of honey to make my morning coffee. The taste of the ginseng is a nice complement to coffee in this way, and I like the sustained energy lift that derives from the ginseng-- not a nervous sort of boost like some other energy boosters that are found in many energy drinks, but a feeling more balanced and grounded.

Energy Elixir
PROS: After decades of struggling with fatigue, Ren Shen was the first (and so far the only) product that helped me increase my energy levels. It has helped me feel more energized overall. The most measurable change was in my exercise regimen. Before taking Ren Shen, I was able to do only up to 20 minutes or so of reasonably intensive workout. After taking Ren Shen, I was able to ramp up each session to a full hour. To keep up my energy levels, I’ve since been taking one bottle of Ren Shen twice a year.
CONS: The first time I purchased Ren Shen, it was a medium-light brown powder (same as in the picture) that would dissolve completely in hot water. All subsequent purchases were of darker-brown powder that does not fully dissolve. I haven’t noticed that this has an effect on the quality of the product, though.

Miracle in the little bottle!
I have bought Ginseng here first time 4 months ago. I take it every day in the morning (1 spoon dose). After 2-3 weeks I have noticed significant difference in my health. I became more energetic, my mood swings are gone now, I sleep better at hight. My nails and hair became stronger, my skin less oily. I am very happy with this product, and what is very important, no side effects!

Works as advertised!

Energy tonic that warms you up
Ginseng is famous energy tonic, included in many TCM formulas. In this 2020 pandemic I wanted to stay as healthy as I can, so I tested it out, taking just 0.5-1.0g/day with oolong tea. And boy it works. In particular, winter chill and cold feet are not felt as hard. I am hoping it keeps helping.
