Alleviates joint pain
I have been using 3 gms/day of Gu Sui Bu for about a month now & it has worked to alleviate the joint pain in my arms & knees! Hopefully it will also improve my bone density in the long term!

Several benefits
This is the product I started with back in 2017 on my first order. Bone loss and thinning bone is a big concern for me. I switched to Bone Vigor when I realized it had Drynaria along with other helpful ingredients. I continue to use Bone Vigor, but am now using this again, as well, since I came across a recent study: Benefits of Unique Bone-Building Herb for Gingivitis and Osteoporosis.
Having had gum recession most all my life, it is also a top concern, so am hoping this study holds up and I can hold back the tide, maybe even improve my gums and dental situation.

Easy to take
This is my first bottle and, since it is a bone builder, I know it will take some time to see results. Based on other product reviews, I am hopeful and will rate again after a bone test in several months.
