The great feeling that I looked for
I have used this few years ago and was very very happy. I found this product to be very effective and very helpful for my overall mood. So when I felt I needed it again, I went online and was happy to find it again. The prices and the service were great. This is the second time I got 6 of them and as I was very happy with it, I suggested it to few of my friends and gave them to try. They were thrilled as I was when I first took Xiao Yao Wan. My acupuncturist told me to take it and I take 2-3 times a day. Each time I take 5-7 pills. There were times that I needed more, so I took more. I feel balanced. I feel relaxed and not so anxiset.

A keeper for emotional support / smooth menstruation
This is my SOS pill! It's been helpful to smooth out occasional emotional/hormonal ups and downs, whether it is related to menstruation cycles or mere stress. Since such symptoms are occasional in my case, I take it only as needed and it works fine. I just make sure I keep this in my medicine cabinet. This also greatly helped my sister's emotional crisis when she was overwhelmed with raising four kids who were all under ten - I just happened visiting her then and shared my Xiao Yao Pian. She was very impressed and now keeps a bottle for herself.

Never stress again

Eases hunger and cravings!!!
Ease Tonic was suggested by my acupuncturist for a fasting and reduced calorie way of eating. This herb, taken at a 3X the dose (24 tablets 3x daily) really stopped the hunger and cravings! This recommended way of eating wouldn't be possible for me without this herbal blend. It nourishes your organs and body while you learn to reduce calories!. I was bale to look at my relationship with food and see clearly, that most craving was emotional, not hunger! Its amazing!

Works well...
and tastes good too. It really does seem to work to ease tension and calm me. I shouldn't feel tense but a lack of sleep can bring that on. This formula is better than other brands I've tried. I really feel the difference.

I am a flight attendant and our drug screens are really intense. Would this show up on a drug screen as anything not allowed

If I take this herb tonic for a few months, do I have to ween myself off or can I just stop? What are the suggestions for discontinuation?
