Hernias
Within first week hernias hurt less and don’t bulge like before. Mine bothered me every day super uncomfortable and never went away. 100% swear by this stuff. I literally take 2 a day and nothing ever had worked at all before. I always keep in case I eat something super acidic or move something the wrng way.
Love you guys and am soooo grateful!!!! I’ve been using for many months now just to hopefully maybe have them fully go away some day or make sure they never bother me. I actually ran out about 3 weeks ago and had to move some trash bins and furniture and they hurt a little when I did them but fine after. And still pain free now but making sure, just now ordered more.

Improved metabolism
I am under the impression, that this supplement has increased my metabolism. Stool moves faster in digestive tract, and although I eat a lot, my weight is steady-I keep fit. It's like my digestive system is stronger now, and it is on the go, always!

Quiets noisy stomach
This has been very helpful with the gurgling noises and bloating after meals but I only tolerate 1 or 2 tablets at a time or my stomach turns sour. Might be the bitter orange.

I think it might be working
I used 1 bottle of StomachVigor then went to SpleenVigor. I think they are working cause I have way less loose bowels and stomach issues.
