Great Product, works excellent for me, feel vast improvement for my bones
I had a bad fall and injured both my wrists in early July. Was hospitalised for a couple of days and had a cast for 6 solid weeks. My cast just came off on 10 August. I went to consult TCM and was told that I should try to build up my bone deficiency to heal faster. I made intensive research and found Bone Vigor (Zhuang Gu Gu Ben Pian). Bought 6 bottles and when it arrived in Singapore on 12 August, I started consuming 6 tablets 2 twice a day. It is now almost 10 days and I do feel some improvement in the movement of my wrist bone. I will consume all six bottles and give more feedback at a later stage.

Uncomfortable
I bought this among several other active herb products. I can usually handle warming herbs but bone vigor is not for me. It is extremely warming for me and my tongue turned red, my body felt so hot and uncomfortable. I have to stop taking this. I hope there is another formula for bone strength that is less warming

Improved Bone Markers
I have been taking BoneVigor for two months. Six tablets three times a day. I crush the tablets and put them in hot water to make a comforting tea. It must be working because when I had my bone marker (NTX serum) test done, my score was really good.

Visibly strengthened bone
On my most recent dental exam, the dentist was surprised and pleased to see that one of my teeth was less loose and the bone looked stronger. Having lost 2 teeth, and contemplating implants, I knew I had to strengthen the bone. I ordered Bone Vigor and used it according to directions for months. I continue to take it at least once a day, in hopes that the lesser dosage still helps. I plan to continue with this excellent product.

Great product
We found this product & my mome is taking it for about 6 years now. She has severe bone density loss due to osteoporosis (she is 78). So our goal is to at lease prevent the further bone density loss. Her last 2 bone scans show that her bone density deterioration has stopped and even improved in comparison to her previous studies. She takes max reccomended dose & she also takes a real med as well. So, who knows :) She takes med for 8 years and BoneVigor for 6 years now.

Recommended by my acupuncturist
This was recommended by my acupuncturist. I cannot comment of the effectiveness until after I'll have my bone scan. But I feel confident it helps since my acupuncturist has recommended it. I also have experience with other Chinese herbals from the same company and they are definitely effective! He also suggested to melt it in hot water to increase the effectiveness. I crush the pills with a mortar and pestle and add hot water to dissolve it. It tastes good!
