So far so good
I have the worst hot flashes and this seems to work for me. I have taken myself off all synthetic drugs and replaced them with Chinese herbs and acupuncture. Many websites sell fake herbs so becareful .

Amazing

It works!!
After waking up 5-7 times per night with night sweats and experiencing many more during the day and not to mention terrible mood swings, these pills brought me right back to the time before. It took four days of taking them before I truly felt like myself again and slept through the night without any issues.

Works wonders!
I have been using menoplease for some months and this sruff really helps calm the hot flashes. I take 6 pills in the morning and 6 before bedtime. Before starting taking these, I would have hot flashes all during the day and nighttime was crazy. Now I have maybe 2 or 3 during the day and some nights I don't have any at all and if I do have one or two during the night, they are not making me dreench my sheets as before. I will keep thses on my list of must buy again!!

Works for me
This is the only product that I have ever used that keeps my hot flashes at a minimum. I have been using it for several months and can tell the difference. When I run out of it my hot flashes are much more severe. I will make sure that I don't run out again.

Made perimenopause a breeze
Made perimenopause a breeze! I have been using this along with the envy of cool for over a year. Before this, I was having hot flashes every 10 minutes. With a combination of these herbs mine went completely away. I feel more balanced, more energetics, and I’m sleeping better. This is a real review, and I recommend these herbs to everyone!

Hot flashes are gone!
I bought this about 6 months ago to see if it would curb my hot flashes. I had never used TCM before, but I prefer more natural options if at all possible. My hot flashes quickly diminished in the first week, and completely disappeared in 3 weeks of taking this product as instructed. I tried to cut back to 2 times a day for a while, but the heat started to return so I try not to miss taking this product. IT REALLY WORKS FOR ME! Hot flashes no longer bother me, day or night. It helps you feel normal again.

Works great.
I have been using menoplease for a year. It works wonderfully to help control hit flashes and my mood. I know it works, because when I run out I am a mess. Up all night with hot flashes and sweats. I am able to cope because of these. I take 5 pills 3 times a day.

It works!

Works for hot flashes

Already seeing slight results
I bought this less than a month ago to begin to see if it would reduce the number of hot flashes I have and help with my sleep. Since it is a tonic I am going back to have to give it time to work to the level i want and need it to but I do believe it has begun to help my HF be less intense and less frequent. Time will tell for the full results! I ordered two more bottles plus some menofine to try as well. The only drawback, it’s not gluten free.

very good products
I bought this product one month ago and I am so happy with the results so far. I take 5-6 tablets each time with food, twice a day( morning and evening). I noticed that my hot flash frequency is dramatically down from more then 10 times to couple of times a day in a week and my unstable high blood pressure due to menopause become normal and stable in 3 weeks. Stopped working
I was using this product when the pills were small black balls and it worked. I reordered 6 more bottles yet and they came in tablets and it no longer works. I take as recommended on the bottle. I used to recommend it to all my friends and now people laugh at me for it did not work for them. I have been taking this for months hoping it will work again. I will use up the 6 bottles I purchased yet do not believe it will be any use.

Helpful for Menopause
I find the Menoplease helpful for post menopause symptoms. Along with progesterone cream, I only have only a few mild hot flashes a day. Now it's more a feeling of the room being a bit too warm for a couple minutes, rather than my bones are on fire! I did find I needed to take more than stated on the label and will use about 7 pills, 3x a day. This is one I try not to run out of.

Menoplease is the Best !!
I started using this about 5 month ago and I love the way it helps me sleep and even enjoy life again !! I take 5 tables 2 or 3 times a day. If I have a busy day its 6 tables and it makes a BIG difference to help keep me balanced ! It doesn't wire me up it just keeps me wanting to do the things I need to do like shopping , cooking & cleaning . No more hot flashes !!

Seems to help!
I started using Menoplease almost two years ago as a recommendation from my acupuncturist. I take 7 pills twice a day because I couldn't never remember to take pills in the middle of the day. While my hot flashes still come occasionally, they are not as intense as they were before taking the pills. I am pleased with the product.

Great Results
I take menoplease and menofine in conjunction with one another to fight menopause issues such as hot flashes, in addition to helping me with that, it has reduced the emergency urination issues that I used to have. Nothing else has helped me with menopause issues better than these two products. I take 5 pills three times a day.

Works for me
I started having difficulty of sleeping and my blood pressure became elevated in the summer, all got better also a day or two after taking 5pills three times a day. Only had minimal symptoms after finishing 6 bottles. Stopped for about a month, symptoms started return, ordering more.

I advise many of my women's health patients of the absolute value in Gen Nian An Pian for supporting efforts in making menopausal symptom less problematic. There is no doubt that it is supportive in diminishing annoying vasomotor symptoms.

I started & stopped this remedy multiple times. I don't know why, but each Tim I started taking it it would cause me gain weight almost immediately. After discontinued use, It would take a couple days for the weight to drop off

I´ve been using tis for one year and my symptoms didn´t dissapear completely, but I feel better, I don´t awake in the middle of the night sweating!.For me it´s enough! I can bear my little symthoms and do a "normal life".
