Use it for menopausal symptoms
It has helped me on those annoying issues, not getting completely rid of them but only had few at night or when I first wake up. I take 5 tablets twice daily before meals, with a half cup of hot water, complimenting the Geng nian an wan for my severe symptoms

Good formula, but not for me.
Unfortunately, this formula didn't work for me. I was suffering from hot and cold flashes, and night sweats due to menopause and of the formulas I tried (including YinVive, YinViveCool, and Menofine) this one helped the least. I think it helped my yin deficiency overall, but just wasn't the best formula for my symptoms. If you're running hot all the time and aren't alternating between hot and cold like I was, this would probably be great for you.

Not working.
Bought this for night sweats. Can truthfully say..... I have just as many night sweats as I had before getting this. I will keep on searching.

Doesn’t do much
Bought this to treat irritability and help cool me down in the evenings. I have bought this formula from other manufacturers but this one seems to miss the mark. Noticeably less effective than other brands even when I double the dosage. Happy with other active herb products, but sadly not this one

"Great" is the right name !!
I have taken so many expensive products but yingreat works better than all others . It helps my sinuses also helps me sleep much better with reduced night swelling. I love the calmness I get with yingreat and I trust Activeherb to keep the products safe for use !!

Only thing that has worked!
Those darn night sweats are no fun! I've taken several different products and this is the only one that has worked. I started by taking six pills three times a day until it began working well and then I reduced the dose to five pills twice a day.
