On April 18, 2021 my Chinese acupunctarist recommended this product to strengthen kidneys I bought subsequent bottles at a reduced price from Actve herbs
Have been taking these since. This is long term treatment and no side effects i All I know is that I trust Chinese herbal medicine and my acupuntarist diagnostic skills. Conversely I
mistrust western drugs .
A western medicine doctor goes strictly by "numbers" in blood lab reports but cannot catch very subtle imbalances in the body, . I am confident knowing Active Herb keeps this tradition of Chinese medicine available.to us.

Helps with Low Energy
My wife's doctor suspects she has hypothyroidism. Her symptoms included low energy level, brain fog, and switching between feeling cold and occasional hot flashes. Anytime she sat still for more than three minutes she fell asleep regardless of how much sleep she had the night before. Her doctor wanted to put her on hormone therapy. But my wife wants to avoid pharmaceuticals if possible. So a friend recommended this product about a year ago and it has been helping with her low energy level and brain fog. Within a week of taking YanVive my wife started to see the results. The hot flashes are still persistent, which another product that we don't know about yet might help. But for the fatigue, YanVive has been very helpful.

Really helps my dad
This is the first formula I gave my dad to try out for his frequent urination problem at night. He used to need to get up four to five times a night. He also takes Qian Lie Shu Pian along with this one. He only needs to get up once or twice now. For someone at 90+, it's amazing. More remarkably, after taking only this formula for few months, his annual check up result showed his kidney function no longer deteriorating, but shows some improvement. He takes them 3 times a day 6 pills each time in the beginning. Now he is only taking 2 times a day.

I'm writing this review not to just speak of YanVive but to compliment ActiveHerb products in general. I have been taking many of their herbs for over 7 years and I attribute my good health in part to this regime. I am 81 years young chronologically but my doctor says that. my biological age is much younger. I play tennis, can easily walk 3-4 miles, including hills, do pilates and I'm thankfully not on any prescription. I regularly take JadeDefender and have started taking Qi as well. Occasionally I take bruise mender. Of course I also take non TCM supplements such as Vit. D3+K and Ashwaganda. So thank you ActiveHerb for providing this wholesome product at a fair price and thank you, God.

Amazing results
I have had purple and blue fingers for the last 3 or 4 mild California winters, and was thinking that I must have Raynaud's disease with similar symptoms. I was always cold and would get broken blood vessels and bruise quite easily. My TCM practitioner gave me an intense treatment with many needles in the hands and lower extremities, and prescribed
this herb at 12 pills 2X a day. I felt relief the very next day, and by day 2, I have had no more purple fingers. I can hardly believe it, and keep looking at my fingers and admiring their normal color. The circulation to my extremities has been restored by this formula, and my muscles feel stronger as well. I no longer feel cold anymore even when it is cold. I strongly recommend this formula for any circulation issues. It works! Very happy. Also it is very good quality for Chinese herbs.

Wow, what a difference!
I have very cold hands and feet and legs and arms too. I started taking Yanvive twice a day x 6 tablets and I can't believe how much warmer and more energetic I feel. I really like this product and it worked so quickly. I didn't expect that but I'm glad it did because it makes me want to keep going.

Kidney health is one of the keys
I know that kidney health is very important in Traditional Chinese Medicine and I seem to have some weakness there so I have been taking Yanvive for about 5 weeks and I ma starting to feel some results. My energy has improved and I don’t have to visit the bathroom quite as often. I just had a long duration of sleep the other night for over 5 hours which is the longest period without awakening in a couple years

Does what it says
Used this for a few months due to excessive coldness and other reasons going on in my body (per TCM specialist) and my symptoms are gone so I stopped using it after about 3 months but occasionally I’ll use it here and there along with YinVive for hormonal purposes
