Not potent enough, but good packaging
I've used another brand of Huang Lian Shang Qing Pian for many years and 3 pills of that brand are usually good enough. But with this brand, even six pills aren't enough. The label says to take 5 pills. However, I like that these come in a bottle, rather than tiny packages with only a few pills per package. These were also a little cheaper than the other brand.

Clears Acne
This cleared my acne and a boil that I had within a couple of weeks of using it. Not sure if you’re supposed to use it long term so I just used one bottle and then the Acnipearl afterwards which i am still using.

really works
I have been using this for my fever blisters flare ups. As soon as I feel one coming on..I take it for 1-2 days..and gone..have been taking this now for several years..

Works every time!
I've been buying this for several years and will continue to use it! It works best when you use it as soon as you feel a fever blister coming on. It usually clears it within 2-3 days! Its amazing! Better than anything else I've tried!

Great Features!
CoptisClear is one of the popular Chinese medicines we often keep at home. Usually, we brought it from China or asked friends to buy us in China. Interestingly, the GUANG CI TANG product is much better than the similar medicine we brought from China, and the price is a little lower than those sold in China Market. Clears Heat
When I use the product as directed it helps clear any heat related problems like canker sores, and annoying teeth marks inside the mouth. I will reach for this whenever I seem to have a pitta or fire imbalance (I realize I am crossing cultures here, but there seem to be some similarities). It takes 2-3 days to see results.

Effective detox formula
I aquired this formula for a friend that needed an efficient formula for toxins removal. He's currently taking it and the results seems favourable. The eyes seems to be much better and the vision is clearer.

No. Huang Lian Su refers to berberine, an active ingredient of Huang Lian. This product is a formula with multiple herbs. Thank you.

Is this product ok for those with yang deficiency (prone to coldness)? If not, then is there any detox pill (to move bowel and clear lungs) for yang deficient person?
